01 Services

OneLife Wellness Center offers wellness and healthcare services that may include virtual consultations, peptide therapy, hormone optimization, weight management, wellness and longevity services, regenerative medicine, and in-person IV therapy.

Services are subject to availability, eligibility, applicable laws, and clinical appropriateness.

02 Appointments

Appointments must be scheduled through an approved OneLife Wellness Center booking method.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when scheduling an appointment and for arriving or joining your appointment at the scheduled time.

Certain services are provided virtually, while services such as IV therapy require an in-person appointment.

03 Medical Eligibility

Booking or paying for a consultation does not guarantee approval for any medication, treatment, or therapy.

All treatment decisions are made by a licensed healthcare provider following an appropriate clinical evaluation. Your provider may determine that a requested treatment is not appropriate for you or may recommend an alternative course of care.

04 Prescriptions & Medications

Prescription medications are prescribed only when a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate.

Prescription availability, pharmacy processing, fulfillment, and shipping may vary. When third-party pharmacies are used, certain aspects of fulfillment and delivery may be outside OneLife Wellness Center's direct control.

05 Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking, purchase, or treatment.

You agree to provide accurate and authorized payment information.

Prices, services, and treatment offerings may change at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed except where otherwise disclosed or permitted by law.

06 Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

Appointment cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the policy provided during booking.

Certain charges may be non-refundable once services have been performed or third-party costs have been incurred, including consultations, laboratory services, pharmacy orders, customized medications, or other services, subject to applicable law.

Any specific cancellation or refund policy displayed during booking or checkout will also apply to your purchase.

07 Patient Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate information relevant to your care, including your medical history, medications, allergies, symptoms, and other information requested by your healthcare provider.

You are responsible for following the instructions provided by your treating provider and informing your provider of significant changes to your health or medications.

08 Telehealth

Certain OneLife Wellness Center services may be provided through telehealth.

Telehealth services are available only when permitted by applicable law and when your provider determines that virtual care is appropriate.

An in-person examination, laboratory testing, referral, or other evaluation may be required before or during treatment.

09 Third-Party Services

OneLife Wellness Center may work with third-party pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, technology providers, scheduling systems, and other service providers.

Third parties may maintain their own terms, policies, processing times, and requirements.

10 Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems, interfere with website functionality, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

All original OneLife Wellness Center branding, logos, graphics, text, and other website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may not be commercially reproduced or used without permission.

11 Privacy

Information collected through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

When applicable, protected health information is handled according to applicable healthcare privacy requirements and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
